How we work with you

1. Screen. A short qualifier confirms fit before we open a file. Sponsors who won't clear allocator criteria save a month.
2. Structure. We work your capital stack, SPV design, offtake, and guarantees until the deal is IC-ready. Weeks, not quarters.
3. Match capital. Routed once, deliberately — N. American pension for larger social infrastructure, international PE for mid-size and mixed-asset tickets.
4. Match EPC. Introductions to vetted tier-1 delivery partners with track record on similar assets in similar jurisdictions.
5. Close. We coordinate diligence, retrieve the stamped contract, and stay in the room through CP satisfaction and first drawdown.

Criteria we screen for — read this first

Ticket ≥ $100M (sweet spot $250M+). Credible sponsor track record. Real skin in the game — cash, land, or contract equity. A government contract that will stamp. A jurisdiction we can transact in.
